Our Intermediate courses are designed to advance your swimmer from the beginner level through to learning the four swimming strokes. Swimmers at this level we still recommend to attend twice a week as a thorough understanding of technique is vital at this stage. Each swimmer is required to have their own goggles and cap. If you don't already own these, we have them available for purchase. Contact us for more info.
